We can fix any brand of sewing machine you bring to us! 

Our service team has two Bernina and Innova certified technicians that have experience in working with all types of machines from 1908 Singer sewing machines to Brother Dream Machines, longarm machines, and more!

Before bringing in your machine, please remember to check the following: 

- Make sure you bring your machine power cord and foot control.

- Leave a standard sewing foot on the machine. If you are wanting an embroidery test sew out, please also bring an embroidery foot for your machine.  

- If you need your embroidery module calibrated or checked, that will be an additional fee as well as an additional fee for the embroidery test sew out. 

- Please remove all accessories and small parts to your machines like lights, thread spools, accessory cases, etc. before bringing your machine in. 

- Provide a current phone number and email address to the front counter when you check it in so we can contact you. (Even if you have brought your machine to us before)

- Current turnaround time on machines usually 3-4 weeks from your check in date. Some things can extend this such as additional labor, an influx of machines being checked in, parts needing to be ordered, etc.

$60 Deposit – Applied towards assessing issues with the machine, making adjustments, and needed repairs, up to 1 hour. At or before the hour, we will then notify with the status of the machine and whether parts and additional labor will be needed.

$50 Expedited Service – Need your machine back sooner? We will service the machine and usually have it back to you in less than 1 week pending no parts need to be ordered.

*Machines that are in an unknown condition, not working, have been dropped, are in need of major repairs, have not been serviced in the past 2 years, or have come from a thrift store, yard sale, or other second hand will require a $60 deposit that will apply towards diagnostics, repairs, or maintenance.

*Pick Up, Delivery, and In-Home Service options available for machines that are too heavy or bulky to be transported.

*Service and Repairs are warrantied for 60 days. We will address and fix any problems that are not working due to an error on our part or failed replaced part.
