Boyfriend's Bag Volunteer Event - July 2025
For this volunteer event, we will be making Boyfriend Bags to donate to local cancer centers. These bags are small carry-all bags to hold some of the basic needs and comforts that men don’t always get while undergoing cancer treatment.
We are looking for donations of the following:
* Compression Socks - adult sizes.
* Hand Sanitizer - Travel Size
* Lip balm/chapstick
* Puzzle Books - small, travel size
* Stress Balls, Fidget Toys, Putty
* Tissues - Personal/Travel Size
* Plastic Silverware
* Pads of paper/Notebooks - Small size
* Unscented Lotion - Travel Size
* Small Coloring Books + Crayons
* Ziplock bags - Gallon Size
Note: We are gathering supplies for teens/adults (Not little kids). We also are looking for smaller items/travel size as these are easier to place in a Ziplock bag.
Please bring your sewing machine and basic sewing kit.
