Basic Hemming - March 2026
A quality hem is literally the "bottom line" of a beautifully tailored garment. Learn how to elevate the appearance of your wardrobe by understanding the correct hemming technique for every type of fabric and garment. We will be learning how to use the sewing machine to hem several types of garments and how to choose the best method for each. We will also discuss hemming by hand and when hand hemming gives the best finish.

Any supplies you buy (from Mad B's) for the class you signed up for will receive a 10% discount.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A 7-day notice is required in order to receive a full refund or store credit. If there is less than a 7-day notice Mad B's will attempt to fill the seat with another customer. If the slot is filled, you may receive a full refund(class fees only) or store credit. If Mad B's is unable to fill the cancelled seat your class fee will be forfeited. If you have to unenroll from a class that includes a free pattern/book and have received this item, the price of the pattern/book will be reduced from any potential refund or store credit.
